Wine Evening at Restaurant Le Céladon

To celebrate the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau, Le Céladon Restaurant at the Hôtel Westminster Paris invites you to an evening dedicated to discovery, conviviality and fine dining.
In collaboration with La Vinécole Buissonnière, discover the wines of Beaujolais through a two-part experience, from an introduction to wine tasting to dinner at Le Céladon.
Wine tasting aperitif
The evening will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a wine discovery experience hosted by Vincent Durand, wine educator at La Vinécole Buissonnière.
Accompanied by a selection of cocktail bites specially created for the tasting, you will discover two wines, including a Beaujolais Nouveau. Vincent Durand will share his expertise and guide you through their distinctive characteristics, aromas and tasting notes.
A convivial and approachable experience, designed for wine enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike.
Dinner at Le Céladon
From 8:15 p.m., the evening will continue at Le Céladon Restaurant with a dinner specially created for the occasion.
Two Beaujolais wines selected by La Vinécole Buissonnière will accompany the meal and be served throughout the dinner.
