Lovers’ Cocktails
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Duke’s Bar team has imagined two exclusive creations, designed as an invitation to a sensory journey. Subtle, refined, and resolutely indulgent, these two cocktails—alcoholic or alcohol-free—celebrate love through delicate pairings, floral flavors, and fruity notes.
The signature cocktail with alcohol combines the finesse of a gin infused with red fruit tea, the floral sweetness of St-Germain liqueur, and the intensity of a homemade hibiscus syrup, all enhanced by a touch of champagne for an elegant, sparkling finish.
The signature non-alcoholic cocktail offers an equally refined alternative, blending a white tea infusion with delicately infused spices, lifted by a hint of homemade pomegranate shrub. The creation is crowned with a French Bloom topping, delivering a light, festive, and decidedly modern experience.
